Given a full city block to work with, existing if tired 1-story buildings on half of the site and a significant vacant west corner, the existing structures were refit with budget sensitive dollars and new construction was concentrated on the western most lots and leaving open space between, we developed a new concrete frame building as a bookend to the existing structures with a shared/ leasable outdoor courtyard between the old and new work. Designed to accommodate a single tenant as naturally as a multi-tenant arrangement depending upon the market. Look for construction completion mid 2021.
