3516 SCHAEFER is a stand-alone former industrial/commercial contractor’s shop and is the third in a series of rehabilitation/addition projects is transforming a small corner of Culver City. With 9 separate projects spanning a decade and shared with other amazing design teams including David Howell, Studio Cortez and Olson Kundig, look for construction of this project to begin in 2021 and join on the adjacent successes of 3520 Schaefer and 3520 Helms establishing a thriving campus of smaller creative offices  delivering articulated interior that incorporate revitalized historic construction and provide discrete private outdoor gardens and decks, attended surface and mechanical parking within a retail served walkable community.
